Zealot X is a story, media, and service website. The current privacy approach is simple: collect what is needed to run the site, answer requests, deliver content, process third-party payments, protect the system, and improve the experience as the platform develops.
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, project details, consultation requests, newsletter signup information, comments, or messages submitted through forms.
The site may also collect basic technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate timestamps, and diagnostic logs used to keep the site secure and working.
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested content, improve the website, manage podcast, book, magazine, character, and consultation features, protect the site from abuse, and understand which parts of the site are useful.
If you request web work, AI workflow support, or consultation, we may use your message and project details to evaluate the request, prepare a reply, estimate scope, or continue the working conversation.
Newsletter and contact features may be staged or expanded over time. If you submit an email address, it should be treated as permission to contact you about the specific request or subscription you selected.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, payment credentials, private medical information, or other high-risk data through ordinary website forms.

Maxxis AI and related interactive features are being developed as an interface layer for lore, assistance, site navigation, and future tools. Messages sent to AI features may be processed by AI model providers or related infrastructure.
Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or legally privileged information into AI chat, command, voice, image, or file features unless a future version clearly states that the feature is designed for that level of privacy.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help operate the site, process payments, deliver email, host content, secure the system, or provide analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer involving the Zealot X or PSIONIX web properties.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, operational, security, or accounting reasons.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website, server, email system, payment provider, or AI tool can guarantee perfect security.
You may request that we update, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to reasonable verification and any legal or operational obligations that require retention.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails when that feature is active, and you may choose not to submit optional forms or interactive prompts.
Zealot X is not directed to children under 13. The story universe may include mature themes, dystopian violence, faith, control, and psychological conflict.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
This policy may be updated as the website, book launch, podcast, store, consultation tools, and Maxxis AI features evolve.
When the policy changes, the effective date on this page should be updated so visitors and future AI workers can identify the current version.
For privacy questions, correction requests, or deletion requests, use the site contact path when available or contact the project owner through the published Zealot X or PSIONIX communication channels.
